Kyle Vander Linden Project Manager
Kyle manages the field side of W&N Development with the help of the key leaders within the company. He has worked to continually work himself out of a job in order to give room for the company to grow while also allowing the leaders to develop at the same time. Kyle prides himself in the team he calls the W&N family and is excited to see what the future will bring for those willing to commit and with the discipline to put the efforts in.
Eric Vander Linden Office Manager
Eric manages the office side of W&N Development along with a few other key employees. We are always striving to be sure our office side can be as efficient and timely as our field side. We believe being key to a project comes from both sides of the company. The more we have grown our field side the more our office side has had to learn and grow to keep up.
Noah Elwell Project Superintendent
Noah has been a major component to W&N's success over the years, from starting as one of the guys in the field to working his way up to more and more responsibility and becoming a superintendent. Noah now runs all crews for W&N Development with not only a deep passion for his work and the company's success but also in his crews and their success as individuals.
Michael Ceroll Builder Advisor
Mike has been with the company for many years and experienced projects in numerous states with us, from traveling to North Dakota to San Jose to help provide modular housing to working on concrete projects here in Washington. He has established himself in a key player in any task he takes on and is now moving his focus to helping grow a pre-engineered steel division within our company.
